The remains of a stone wall on Cape Shara-Shulun. Olkhon's western coast.

The remains of a ditch can be seen on the left. The monument date back to the 5th - 10th century A.D. (late iron age). The wall, with a length of almost 180 metres and width of 1-1.3 metres, partitioned off Cape Shara-Shulun across the isthmus. It was discovered by B.E.Petri in 1912. Destroyed in 1963.
